  • Using step:
    • 1. Warm up your body by bending forward from the waist several times
    • 2. Put your hands on your knees and lower in to a squat, spreading the knees. Do not let your heels leave the board. Repeat several times
    • 3. Stand on the board upright and align your feet, keeping your knees straight
    • 4. Stand upright. Stretch your hands in front of your body. Push out your arms while keep your posture upright. Repeat several times
